As a third generation Supply Chain Logistician, Regan understands the industry inside and out. From his first trip to school in a delivery van, Regan realised that the people in the transport industry are ‘real’, hard-working people who keep our country moving.

Being people focused was a key element of Regan’s insight into the Transport and Logistics sector and drove his desire to provide safe, fit for purpose, quality employees, holding true to quality supply and service standards that are industry leading.

For over 20 years Regan has used this approach to shepherd Labourforce and Labourforce Professional into leading providers to the Supply Chain and Logistics industry across Australia and New Zealand.

With decades of experience comes decades of knowledge; Regan utilises this knowledge to ensure all our clients’ needs are looked after as if they were his own.

Flemming Hansen

Vice President of Operations

Flemming's success in recruitment is based on developing longstanding relationships with business partners founded on respect, ethics, thorough understanding of their industry sectors and the delivery of complete recruitment solutions specific to their needs including RPO solutions, complex pricing methodologies and strategic client management.

He is a relationship-based manager that effectively uses his expert knowledge and technical proficiency to build high performing teams and respond swiftly to changing customer needs.

To facilitate this, Flemming has a background in Supply Chain, Transport, Logistics, International Freight Forwarding, Import & Export as well as International Commerce.

Harry’s career in the recruitment industry spans 18+ years serving Supply Chain Industry.
